This BAC was sequenced by the chromosome 5 project in India. Subsequently, this seed BAC, HBa0179K09, and an extension BAC, SL_MboI0077G20, were both located on chromosome 7 using the inbred lines and both have been attributed to the chromosome 7 project. |
